Conte Fit is a training journal. This policy explains what happens to your data. The short version: everything stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell any of it.
Nothing is sent off your device. The workout data you enter — profiles, sessions, exercises, sets, weights, reps, RPE/RIR, tempo, notes, age and weight — is stored locally on your device only. Conte Fit has no account, no login, and no servers.
Conte Fit contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. We do not share data with anyone, because we do not have your data.
The "share workout" feature renders an image on your device and hands it to your operating system's share sheet only when you tap Share. You choose where it goes. Conte Fit does not upload it anywhere.
You are in control. Deleting a profile, session, or set removes it immediately. "Initialize app" in Settings erases all local data, and deleting the app removes everything it stored.
Conte Fit does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it collects no personal information at all.
If a future version adds features that change this (for example optional ads or accounts), we will update this policy and the app's store privacy disclosures before that version ships.
